Funding News
- SoloPulse, an Atlanta-based deep tech startup with roots at Georgia Tech, secured a $7.7 million seed funding round from investors across the United States.

KB Partners led a $2.25 million seed funding round for NIL FanBox, a collegiate sports memorabilia subscription platform based in Atlanta.

Founded in 2021, NIL FanBox partners with university athletic departments to offer fans annual boxes of autographed collectibles from both current athletes and past stars including the likes of Vince Young, Tyler Hansbrough, Antawn Jamison and Braxton Miller, among others.
- Habits, a fintech startup, received a $1.1 million oversubscribed pre-seed round led by Atlanta Ventures. The company aims to connect young professionals with financial advisors.

- Soundstripe, a Nashville-based music technology startup, announced that Atlanta entrepreneur and tech executive Jeff Perkins has been appointed as the company’s CEO. More details are available on Hypepotamus.

- Burunda Prince has been named the new Director of the PNC Southeastern Regional Center for Entrepreneurship at Clark Atlanta University. Find the full announcement here.
- ObjectiveHealth, a Nashville-based integrated research and technology platform, has appointed Steve Clemons as CEO. Clemons, a veteran clinical research executive, previously led Rymedi.

- Livin (formerly Cookonnect) has rebranded and refocused as a “lifestyle brand” with a mission to help busy people manage their time effectively. CEO Erica Tuggle shared insights with Hypepotamus.
- The Atlanta’s AgeTech community is expanding with the launch of Petunia, a platform designed to ease the process of finding memory care and elderly care facilities. Learn more about the platform here.
- Embarc Collective and Bank of America have partnered to expand technical programming and support local technical meetup groups in Tampa Bay. Evan Erickson, Director of Partnerships and Events at Embarc Collective, stated that the goal is, “to strengthen the support for Tampa Bay’s tech talent by providing more tools and connections to accelerate their growth.” More information about the partnership here.

- Birmingham, Alabama-based ProxsysRx announced its “strategic combination” with Maxor, a pharmacy care company based in Texas. Read the press release for further details
