Mobile World Congress (MWC) consistently unveils the future of technology, and the 2025 event highlighted significant advancements in health and fitness. This year’s showcase presented innovative products ranging from wearable technology to futuristic concepts, giving attendees a glimpse into the future of personal well-being.
Here are some of the top health and fitness innovations from MWC 2025:
Honor Watch 5 Ultra

The Honor Watch 5 Ultra, Honor’s latest smartwatch, features a rugged titanium chassis, a unique angular design, and a 1.5-inch AMOLED display. Building on the Watch 4, the device boasts a 60Hz refresh rate and is powered by LTPO technology, which enables a variable refresh rate and always-on functionality, maintaining an impressive 15 days of battery life. It supports both Android and iOS. With a starting price of €279 (approximately £230 or $291), the Honor Watch 5 Ultra also includes a Quick Health Scan Feature and a Healthy Morning Report. Its combination of a low price and integrated features positions it as a potential competitor in the smartwatch market.
BleeqUp Ranger Cycling Glasses

BleeqUp introduced its Ranger cycling glasses at MWC 2025, presenting the world’s first pair of 4-in-1 AI cycling camera glasses. They are equipped to record up to an hour of 1080p video, or up to five hours with an additional battery pack. The glasses use AI to edit collected footage, compiling highlights, key moments, and emergencies into a single edited video overlayed with trip information. Additional features include onboard speakers, a walkie-talkie function, and hands-free voice controls. The glasses also offer onboard navigation powered by Google Maps. The Ranger cycling glasses are priced starting at $349, with a Kickstarter campaign already underway.
XPANCEO Smart Contact Lenses

XPANCEO showcased prototype smart contact lenses, representing three new technologies that could revolutionize wearable technology. These technologies are still several years away from market release, but earned XPANCEO the best of MWC 2025 award in the health and fitness category. The contact lenses feature an integrated microdisplay and biosensing technology to monitor biomarkers such as glucose and hormone levels using tears. Additionally, the lenses include a non-invasive glaucoma detection system and a wireless power delivery system.
If XPANCEO can successfully develop and market these technologies, the future of smart contact lenses looks very bright indeed.
