    • Device Biometric Authentication: Next-Level Security & Convenience

      Device Biometric Authentication provides secure, frictionless authentication by using fingerprint or facial recognition, stored on a user’s device. Integrated into Voice and Chat AI, this feature enables fast and secure authentication while maintaining high-security standards.

    • User Feedback Collection: Smarter AI Through Real-Time Insights

      interface.ai’s new User Feedback Collection feature enables collection of customer feedback via text surveys after interactions with interface.ai’s Voice AI. These insights will help refine AI interactions and improve customer satisfaction continuously.

    • New Card Experiences: Expanded Capabilities for Card Management

      The platform now offers expanded self-service options for card management via AI enhancements, including limit increases, travel notices, and card activations, giving customers greater control and convenience.

    • Platform Enhancements: Advancing AI Performance

      interface.ai has improved its Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) for better barge-in response and latency, updated its TTD model, and upgraded its parser to provide smoother interactions. These enhancements are designed to make AI-driven conversations faster, smarter, and more seamless.
