Convene has announced a strategic partnership with BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) to streamline the process of sourcing accommodation for clients of both Convene and etc.venues. This collaboration will introduce a technology-focused solution designed to simplify event planning logistics.
As part of this new partnership, BCD M&E has developed custom online hotel maps specifically for Convene’s clients. These interactive maps are designed to make booking accommodations near event venues easier. The maps currently feature hotel partners located near each of Convene’s 38 locations, providing attendees with convenient options.
Clients can access these helpful maps in a couple of ways: Through the location pages on convene.com, or directly from their Convene sales representative. Convene clients can directly book up to eight hotel rooms through the map interface. For larger room blocks of nine or more, the system will connect clients directly with BCD M&E’s dedicated accommodation-sourcing team, ensuring that these parties are well served.
