Atom Bank CEO Mark Mullen believes that the 4-day workweek, which the company already implements, is set to become mainstream, driven by technological advancements like artificial intelligence (AI), rather than simply being a progressive business model.
Mullen, who allows his staff to work from anywhere and only for four days a week, believes it’s not just a matter of doing good, but of making sense in economics. He states that AI will make the move to a shorter working week “bloody logical.”
