Adobe and Microsoft Empower Marketers with AI Agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot
LAS VEGAS — March 18, 2025 — Adobe and Microsoft are extending their collaboration to include AI agents, designed to enhance marketing workflows within Microsoft 365 Copilot. The announcement, made at the Adobe Summit, introduces the private preview of Adobe Marketing Agent and ongoing innovation with Adobe Express Agent.

Adobe Express Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot
Adobe is developing the Adobe Express Agent, which will allow users to easily create compelling assets directly within Microsoft 365 Copilot, PowerPoint, and Word. This agent will empower teams to generate images through a conversational interface, eliminating the need to switch applications. This streamlined process enables marketers to create high-quality images for various needs, including documents, presentations, social media posts, and more.
Adobe Marketing Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot
The private preview of Adobe Marketing Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot offers several key benefits for businesses:
- Refine audience targeting: Marketers can utilize the conversational interface of Microsoft 365 Copilot to access data and insights from Adobe Experience Platform, enabling them to quickly create audiences for personalization campaigns.
- Discover actionable insights: The Adobe Marketing Agent provides marketers with instant access to meaningful insights from Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. This democratizes access to data across the marketing team.
- Drive cross-team collaboration: Integration with Adobe Workfront will help marketers streamline project management. The agent will summarize projects, locate details, and monitor project health within Microsoft 365 applications.
With the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, Adobe’s offering for managing AI agents, purpose-built Adobe agents will integrate with partners like Microsoft to improve customer experience workflows.
The Adobe Marketing Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot will also optimize the content supply chain, the end-to-end process of planning, creating, managing, activating, and measuring content for marketing and customer experiences. By connecting workflows, the agent allows marketers and creatives to work seamlessly between Adobe and Microsoft solutions.
Additionally, Adobe announced an expansion of its collaboration with LinkedIn Ads in GenStudio for Performance Marketing, a single, self-service application for creating paid social ads, display ads, marketing emails, and related marketing materials. Asset creation for display ads is now also available for advertisements served through Microsoft Advertising.
