Rajini Kodialam, co-founder of E-3 Tech, has stepped down from her role as co-chief executive of the investment firm she started with longtime business partner Rudy Adolf in 2024. Kodialam remains an investor in E-3 Tech, according to Citywire.
Kodialam and Adolf previously served as top executives at Focus Financial Partners, which they co-founded in the mid-2000s. They left their positions after completing a take-private sale to private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) in 2023. At E-3 Tech, the two shared the CEO role, with the company focusing on providing growth and technology support to firms in which they invest.
E-3 Tech has received significant backing, including investment from Andreessen Horowitz, the world’s largest venture capital firm. In March, the company revealed a controlling investment in construction services firm Sylvan. Despite stepping down as co-CEO, Kodialam continues to be involved with E-3 Tech as an investor.
