Cisco and ServiceNow Strengthen Partnership to Secure Enterprise AI Adoption
Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) and ServiceNow have announced an expanded partnership aimed at helping businesses adopt AI securely and efficiently. The collaboration will integrate Cisco’s AI Defense capabilities with ServiceNow’s Security Operations (SecOps) to provide comprehensive AI risk management and governance.

The partnership addresses new security challenges posed by enterprise AI adoption through integrated platforms spanning infrastructure and workflows. Key features of the integration include:

Initial field trials are commencing soon, with the integration expected to be available to mutual customers in the second half of 2025. This collaboration builds upon their seven-year partnership history, with additional integrations planned for later in 2025.
