ATLANTA, May 13, 2025 – Trella Health, a leading provider of market intelligence and integrated CRM solutions for post-acute care, HME, and Infusion organizations, has announced the appointment of David Kerr as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

David Kerr will report directly to Scott Tapp, CEO of Trella Health, and will lead the company’s technology vision and innovation strategy. This move comes as Trella Health accelerates its roadmap for scalable, intelligent workflow solutions.

“David’s extensive experience in healthcare technology and his ability to build agile, high-performing teams will be crucial as we continue to invest in advancements in AI, data integrations, and datasets – including Medicare Advantage,” said Scott Tapp, CEO of Trella Health. “Under his leadership, we will enhance our platform’s capabilities and provide healthcare organizations with greater visibility into care quality, growth, and performance.”

David Kerr brings over 25 years of technology leadership experience in enterprise software, data platforms, and digital transformation. Most recently, he served as CTO at Forcura, a healthcare IT leader focused on post-acute workflow and communication solutions. At Forcura, he led strategic development across EHR integrations, business intelligence, and AI, driving innovation and product scalability.

At Trella Health, Kerr will oversee all aspects of the company’s technology strategy, including engineering, infrastructure, and the expansion of data and AI capabilities. He will play a key role in evolving Trella’s platform to support smarter decision-making and operational efficiency across the care continuum.

“I’m thrilled to join Trella Health during this transformative phase,” said Kerr. “The team has already built a powerful foundation, and I look forward to building on that momentum by leveraging new and emerging technologies to fuel future growth.”

Prior to his role at Forcura, David held senior leadership positions at Infinicept, Fortress Consulting, and S&P Global. He holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA in Statistics from Colorado State University, a Data Science certificate from Harvard, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from CSU Global. He is also a U.S. Navy Veteran, having served in the nuclear program.

David’s appointment underscores Trella Health’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of an evolving healthcare system. His arrival strengthens the company’s executive team as Trella continues to drive innovation and customer success.
