Zoho Expands Customer Experience Platform with Advanced AI Capabilities
Zoho Corporation, a global technology company, has enhanced its Customer Experience (CX) platform by integrating deeper AI and workflow orchestration capabilities powered by Zia, its in-house AI engine. The update aims to democratize CRM adoption across various organizational teams serving customers.
“Multiple people in an organization need access to customer information, yet historically, CRMs have been limited to sales teams,” said Mani Vembu, CEO of Zoho. “With CRM for Everyone, we’re making it easy for anyone to build and extend CRM capabilities using simple prompts, without requiring extensive system expertise.”

The platform now includes deep Zia capabilities, such as:
- Report Creation with Ask Zia: Users can create reports using prompts, which Zia builds based on user permissions.
- Custom Module Creation: A no-code feature allowing users to customize CRM implementations using plain language.
- Workflow Creation with Ask Zia: Users can create custom workflows using text prompts, with Zia acting as an agent.
- Image to Canvas: An image-to-design capability that allows users to add visual design layers to CRM.
The update also introduces Connected Records, which automatically links work across team modules, and Connected Workflows, an orchestration engine that coordinates work across teams involved in customer experience delivery. These features ensure consistent customer interactions across the lifecycle.
CRM for Everyone is now generally available, with Team user licenses starting at $9 per user per month. Zoho emphasizes its commitment to AI development guided by customer privacy and value, ensuring that AI models are not trained on consumer data.
