    DoorLoop is actively exploring how AI can streamline workflows and enhance decision-making across all departments, including HR. The company is using AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and policy drafts, Juicebox for AI-powered candidate sourcing, and Notion AI for building a dynamic knowledge base.

    Key AI Implementations

    • ChatGPT: Used for content creation, policy drafts, and brainstorming within the HR team.
    • Juicebox: An AI-powered sourcing tool that generates candidate leads based on specific job criteria, expected to reduce time-to-hire significantly.
    • Notion AI: Used company-wide to build and maintain a dynamic knowledge base, supporting onboarding and cross-functional collaboration.

    Rethinking Roles with AI

    Rather than replacing human labor, DoorLoop sees AI as a powerful enabler that allows employees to focus on more strategic, creative, and high-impact responsibilities. The company has transitioned one of its squads into a dedicated AI squad to accelerate its investment in AI.

    “We’re not reducing headcount due to AI; instead, we’re rethinking how certain roles might evolve,” Keidar explained. “The result is not less human capital, but more empowered human capital – with time, tools, and focus to drive meaningful outcomes.”

    DoorLoop is currently growing across its main locations (Tel Aviv, Miami, NYC) with 25 open positions. The company is managing global growth while maintaining a strong, unified culture and adapting to rapid AI-driven changes in the PropTech industry.
