Shenzhen, China, June 17, 2025 – Meiwu Technology Company Limited (“Meiwu” or the “Company”), (NASDAQ: WNW), has announced a comprehensive marketing services agreement with Shenzhen Zhinuo Weichuang Technology Co., Ltd. (“Zhinuo Weichuang”). The agreement, effective from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, aims to enhance Meiwu’s brand influence and market competitiveness through Zhinuo Weichuang’s comprehensive marketing services.
Zhinuo Weichuang, based in Guangdong, China, specializes in technology products and intelligent services in smart technology, AI-driven finance, and internet-related fields. The company will utilize its digital marketing technologies and channel networks to analyze user data, display data, and browsing behavior, enabling more precise targeting and performance insights for Meiwu’s products. The agreement includes a fixed upfront service fee of RMB 1,000,000 and a monthly services fee of RMB 200,000, along with a performance-based, tiered fee structure linked to conversion results across major e-commerce platforms.

The services provided by Zhinuo Weichuang include market research, strategic planning, account setup, ongoing basic operational services, content planning, account management, data analysis, API connections, and data interface development. This collaboration is expected to expand Meiwu’s market reach both domestically and internationally.
