University of Cincinnati (UC) students and alumni have been lauded for their innovative contributions. The recognition comes from Cincy Inno and Dayton Inno, organizations that annually highlight outstanding young innovators under the age of 25.
These accolades reflect the dynamic entrepreneurial environment fostered at UC. Supporting this environment is the Small Business Institute (SBI) program, housed within UC’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business (LCoB). As a founding member of the SBI and the Small Business Institute Directors’ Association, UC provides crucial resources and mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs, aiding them in navigating the challenges of launching and growing businesses.
Further demonstrating its commitment to fostering innovation, UC hosted the Founders + Funders Summit at the 1819 Innovation Hub. This event brought together entrepreneurs and corporate leaders, providing insights and networking opportunities for Cincinnati’s burgeoning startup community. The summit underscored the region’s growing reputation as a center for business innovation.
