Lirio and Community Health Network Team Up for Personalized Healthcare
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – October 15, 2024 – Lirio, a leader in the integration of behavioral science and artificial intelligence to enhance health outcomes, has announced a partnership with Community Health Network (Community), an Indianapolis-based non-profit health system. This collaboration will introduce hyper-personalized interventions, leveraging Lirio’s Precision Nudging® technology to improve overall population health.

This partnership is a key component of Community’s multi-year digital strategy, which aims to improve healthcare delivery, enhance patient experiences, manage costs, and ultimately improve health outcomes. Community Health Network offers a wide array of healthcare services, including physician care, specialty and acute care, surgical centers, home care, prescription management, and behavioral health services across central Indiana. Patients interact with the system at numerous touchpoints, from initial searches for care to the billing process.
Lirio’s Precision Nudging® solution differs significantly from standard patient outreach platforms. Instead of relying on generic, batch-sent emails or texts, Lirio tailors messaging, imagery, delivery methods, and timing to each patient’s unique health needs. The technology identifies and addresses individual barriers to action.
