Department of Defense Awards Numerous Contracts

Fiscal year 2025 operational and maintenance funds and base realignment and closure funds, totaling $36,045,000, were obligated at the time of the award. Logistics and Support Services
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., based in Poway, California, received a modification for $31,655,451 to an existing contract, bringing the total value to $92,498,910. The contract involves contractor logistics support services for the Royal Netherlands Air Force. The work is scheduled to occur in Poway, California, the Netherlands, and Romania, and is expected to be completed by November 30, 2025. Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Enterprise
A total of 42 companies, including Air Combat Effectiveness Consulting Group LLC, Lexington Park, Maryland, were awarded contracts, not to exceed an aggregate ceiling of $249,000,000. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity supporting all aspects of the acquisition life cycle. The multiple-award contracts are for support services up to and including top secret/sensitive compartmented information to support various platforms and programs. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland, and various locations within the continental U.S., and is expected to be completed in February 2030.
Civil and Waterfront Engineering
Michael Baker International Inc., San Diego, California, was awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract worth $99,000,000. The contract provides design and engineering services for civil engineering projects. Work will be carried out at military installations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southwest area of operations, mainly in California. Corrpro Companies Inc., based in San Diego, California, was awarded a $19,900,000 contract for cathodic protection surveys and related corrosion control actions for petroleum facilities. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston, South Carolina, is the contracting activity.
Ezekiel Bahar of West Hills, California, received an $8,572,608 contract for hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene liquid, with the Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, as the contracting activity.
KPH Construction Corp., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was awarded an $8,312,950 contract for building alterations at Camp Douglas, Wisconsin. The U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, Wisconsin, is the contracting activity.
Science Applications International Corp., Reston, Virginia, received an $8,149,694 modification to an existing contract for hardware in the loop and modeling and simulation development support. The Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS)
Eagle Integrated Services LLC, of San Antonio, Texas, was awarded a $49,000,000 contract for Information Management and Information Technology support services for USUHS. The work will be performed in Bethesda, Maryland, with the contracting activity also being in Bethesda. This is a sole source acquisition.
Defense Health Agency
Carefusion Solutions LLC, San Diego, California, was awarded an option year for a firm-fixed-price contract providing pharmacy inpatient automation solution-enterprise support. The Defense Health Agency, Professional Services Contracting Division, Falls Church, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
