According to MYS CEO Don Kline, Sales Accelerator leverages proprietary attendee data to predict their needs and interests. The platform focuses on converting leads to customers, accelerating the sales cycle. “The goal of Sales Accelerator is to help our customers leverage artificial intelligence,” Kline remarked.

    • Key Features:
      • AI-driven lead scoring to prioritize high-value prospects
      • Integration of third-party data for comprehensive lead profiles
      • Personalized messaging capabilities to streamline communication

Developed in partnership with GuideGeek, Ellis provides expert guidance and resources in 45 languages. It’s accessible via the NYC Tourism Meeting Planner resource page and WhatsApp. “We’re pleased to unveil Ellis, the first-ever AI chat platform…designed to revolutionize event planning in New York City,” said Julie Coker, president and CEO of NYC Tourism + Conventions.

Built on ChatGPT4o, Ellis uses information from NYCTourism.com and 1,000+ travel integrations. It streamlines venue research and assists planners with event-related queries. Jerry Cito, executive vice president of convention development for NYC Tourism + Conventions, highlighted how the platform personalizes the experience and provides new opportunities for event customization.

NYC Tourism + Conventions plans to launch Libby, a consumer-facing AI chat platform, in spring. Both platforms are launching ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, demonstrating the city’s commitment to welcoming international visitors. Ross Borden, founder and CEO of Matador Network, notes that, “Ellis will connect meeting planners on a much more personalized basis with New York City’s meetings and conventions industry to create more customized and dynamic attendee experiences.”
