Andhra Pradesh Joins Forces with Microsoft to Boost AI Skills
The Andhra Pradesh government is collaborating with Microsoft to enhance artificial intelligence (AI) skills among the state’s youth.
Under the agreement, approximately 200,000 individuals will receive training in AI and modern technologies over the next year. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Microsoft and the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC). State IT Minister Nara Lokesh was present at the signing.

The primary goal of this partnership is to equip the local workforce with the skills needed to meet the growing demands of the IT sector and other industries. This initiative aims to improve employment opportunities for young people. Microsoft’s training program is designed to prepare almost 200,000 young people in Andhra Pradesh for international job markets, building their expertise in cutting-edge technologies.
