Anywhere365 announced a significant expansion of its partnership with Microsoft today, with the launch of Microsoft Teams Phone Extensibility for Dialogue Cloud. This integration allows Anywhere365’s Contact Centre platform to leverage Azure Communication Services (ACS) alongside Teams telephony, offering customers advanced call automation, cognitive services, and AI-driven insights.

Ilya Burshteyn, Vice President for Microsoft Teams Calling, Devices, and Premium Experiences, announced the new Teams Phone Extensibility at Enterprise Connect 2025 in Orlando, US. This reflects the continued strength of the Anywhere365 and Microsoft relationship, which is the cornerstone of many innovative communications solutions. “We are delighted to be a Microsoft partner for the launch of Microsoft Teams Phone Extensibility,” said Will Blench, CEO at Anywhere365. “We are committed to working together to continue to set new standards in the industry.”
As a Microsoft ISV partner and participant in the Microsoft Technology Adoption Program (TAP), Anywhere365 was selected as a key release partner within the Teams Phone Extensibility program. This participation allowed Anywhere365’s developers to collaborate closely with Microsoft’s team for building, testing, and validating the integrations with the Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud contact center.
Anywhere365 Dialogue Cloud Infinity will now use Azure Communication Services (ACS) to empower customers with advanced call automation, cognitive services, and AI-driven insights. Key features of this solution include:
- Seamless Integration: A unified telephony solution integrating smoothly into the existing Microsoft environment, simplifying operations and improving efficiency.
- Powerful Connectivity: Leverage Teams for day-to-day communications while tapping into ACS for advanced call automation and AI-driven features.
- Simplified Management: Easy onboarding and deployment using your Teams phone numbers within Dialogue Cloud administration settings.
- Flexible Deployment: Currently available for pilot and PoC customers, with general availability anticipated by the end of Q2.
