Anywhere365 is set to integrate Microsoft’s new Teams Phone Extensibility into its contact center platform, bringing advanced AI capabilities to businesses. The integration, slated for general availability by the end of the second quarter of 2025, will allow Anywhere365 to leverage Azure Communication Services within Microsoft Teams.
