Revolutionizing Banking Technology with Cloud Innovation

Architecht, a leading provider of digital solutions for the financial technology and cybersecurity sectors, has significantly enhanced its development productivity by integrating Azure OpenAI Service into its cloud-based OBA Suite platform. This innovative platform, built on a microservices architecture, has enabled the company to develop prototypes 40 times faster, dramatically improving both development efficiency and customer experience.

    Accelerating Development with AI-Powered Tools

The OBA Suite platform incorporates advanced AI capabilities, including low-code/no-code features powered by Azure OpenAI Service. This allows developers to create and test prototypes, such as UI/UX screens and application interfaces, using simple voice or text prompts. As a result, UI/UX screen development time has been reduced from two days to just 25 minutes, while application development now takes four days instead of 40. This acceleration is crucial for staying competitive in the rapidly evolving banking technology landscape.

“With low-code/no-code capabilities, we’ve reduced the time to develop a UI/UX screen from two days to just 25 minutes, making it 40 times faster. Developing applications takes four days instead of 40, reducing IT resource requirements,” shares Zeynep Erdoğan, Chief Enterprise Architecture and Artificial Intelligence Officer at Architecht.

Enhancing Customer Experience through AI-Driven Solutions

The OBA Suite platform not only accelerates development but also significantly enhances customer experience. AI assistants, powered by Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Bot Service, guide both employees and customers, enabling quicker responses to customer queries and more personalized service. For instance, when customers request a higher credit card limit, AI can instantly analyze their credit history and advise on potential limit increases.

    Future-Ready Banking Ecosystems

Looking ahead, Architecht is focused on enabling API access for trusted third parties, facilitating transactions and paving the way for next-generation banking models like platform banking and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS). This shift will require highly scalable and resilient systems to handle growing transaction volumes, a challenge that Architecht is well-prepared to meet with its cloud-native microservices platform built on Microsoft technologies.

“This transformation will significantly increase transaction volumes, requiring highly scalable and resilient systems to handle growing demand. To meet this challenge, we set out to build a future-proof, cloud-native microservices platform, and Microsoft technologies were key in making this vision a reality,” notes Erdoğan.

By leveraging Azure OpenAI Service and other Microsoft technologies, Architecht is at the forefront of banking technology innovation, delivering faster, more efficient, and more personalized banking solutions to its customers worldwide.
