Boomi World 2025: Vendor Unveils New AI Agents and Enhanced Integration Features
At Boomi World 2025, Boomi CEO Steve Lucas announced significant updates to the company’s integration and automation platform, including five new artificial intelligence agents and the general availability of Boomi Agentstudio. The conference, held in Dallas, showcased Boomi’s leadership in the emerging world of AI agents.

Boomi Agentstudio General Availability
Boomi Agentstudio, formerly known as Boomi AI Studio, is now generally available. This platform is positioned as the only full agent life-cycle management product that allows for AI agent design, governance, and orchestration at scale in a secure, no-code environment. It integrates with Amazon Q Business and supports centralized agent registration for Amazon Bedrock.
Five New AI Agents
Boomi introduced five new AI agents available to users at no additional cost. These include:
- Integration Adviser Agent: Autonomously reviews integration processes with actionable feedback.
- API Design Agent: Designs and edits APIs for business and technical needs, generating OpenAPI specifications.
- API Documentation Agent: Generates business and technical documentation from API definitions.
- Resolve Agent: Troubleshoots integration process failures to improve operational efficiency.
- Data Connector Agent: Designs and creates data integration connectors for REST-based data sources.
Enhanced Integration Features
Boomi Enterprise Platform now supports Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol (MCP) open standard for AI agent connections, allowing for seamless access to tools through Boomi API Management and Agentstudio. The platform also supports MuleSoft API Gateways in Boomi API Management.
Boomi Data Integration
Recently acquired Rivery has been integrated into the Boomi platform as Boomi Data Integration, offering automated, end-to-end data pipelines for analytics and AI-driven data product delivery. This update brings managed data connectors, log-based change data capture (CDC), and observability capabilities for ingesting, transforming, and activating data from any source.
