CME is currently testing Google Cloud’s blockchain technology. The Chicago-based exchange operator is piloting payment solutions and asset tokenization strategies using distributed ledger technology provided by Google Cloud. According to a statement released on Tuesday, CME has successfully concluded the initial phase of integration and testing with Google’s technology, marking a significant step forward.
