Convene and etc.venues are excited to announce a new partnership with BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) to streamline hotel accommodation sourcing for their clients. This collaboration introduces a technology-driven solution to simplify the process of booking rooms for events.
As a key component of this partnership, BCD M&E has created custom online hotel maps. These interactive maps are tailored to assist attendees in securing accommodation easily. The maps feature partner hotels in proximity to each of Convene’s 38 locations. Clients can access these maps through the relevant location page on convene.com or receive a direct link from their Convene sales representative.
The map integration allows Convene clients to directly book up to eight hotel rooms. For larger room blocks of nine or more, clients will be seamlessly connected to the BCD M&E accommodation-sourcing team, ensuring efficient management of more extensive group bookings.
