HR technology startup Darwinbox announced on Wednesday the closing of a $140 million funding round. This investment was co-led by prominent private equity firms Partners Group and KKR, with additional participation from Gravity Holdings.
Launched in 2015, Darwinbox focuses on AI-backed HR management, providing its services with a mobile-first approach. The company’s cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) software is designed to manage the full employee lifecycle, catering to a wide range of HR needs for enterprises.
Darwinbox is currently supported by a group of global investors representing high levels in the industry, including TCV, Microsoft, Salesforce Ventures, Peak XV, Lightspeed, and Endiya Partners.
