Deloitte Bolsters Cloud Capabilities with SimplrOps Acquisition
NEW YORK, January 27, 2025 – Deloitte has announced the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of SimplrOps, a technology company known for streamlining Workday, SAP, and Oracle operations and implementations. This acquisition, designed to enhance Deloitte’s cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) and human capital management (HCM) capabilities, aims to drive greater efficiency and innovation for clients.

SimplrOps’ platform simplifies and automates Cloud ERP and HCM operations and implementations. By maximizing system performance and accelerating time to value, the platform provides clients with real-time, actionable insights. Deloitte’s integration of SimplrOps’ technology will also enable the firm to embed functional leading practices and conduct real-time checks, reducing data discovery time from weeks to mere minutes. The platform also clarifies the cloud provider’s release management process.
