Digital marketing startup Wubba Lubba Dub Dub (WLDD) has acquired Bengaluru-based creative marketing startup Imagined Studio in an all-cash deal, according to sources cited by Inc42. The acquisition will see Imagined’s employees join WLDD, with Imagined cofounder Ritvik Varghese taking on an advisory role at WLDD.
WLDD cofounder and CEO Arihant Jain confirmed the acquisition, stating that it will enhance WLDD’s capabilities in AI and technology. The exact amount of the acquisition was not disclosed by Inc42.
