The Chamber’s Lagos representative office played a vital role in connecting TouchForce with Outcess, a Nigerian firm that specializes in customer engagement and business process outsourcing. These efforts helped to facilitate discussions between the two companies, ultimately culminating in a strategic partnership agreement.
