HeadBox, a U.K.-based B2B meeting and event platform, has published a white paper titled “How AI is Solving the Event Industry’s Biggest Challenges.” The report examines how AI is reshaping event planning, booking, management, and post-event analysis by automating tasks, increasing efficiency, and supporting sustainability goals.

Bizzabo has launched Event OS Copilot, an AI-powered assistant designed to improve the experience for event organizers. Integrated within Bizzabo’s Event Experience Operating System, Copilot provides instant access to product guidance, support resources, and customized answers through generative AI. This tool is trained on Bizzabo’s knowledge base and continuously updates with new features and questions.

PCMA and event technology solutions provider Gevme have enhanced Spark, a generative AI tool for event professionals. Spark, launched 17 months ago, enables users to identify potential destinations and venues that meet specific criteria. Several destinations are in the early integration process with Spark.

RAD Intel’s RAD Score is a data-driven tool designed to assist marketers in identifying the most effective influencer partnerships for their campaigns. The AI-powered tool analyzes factors such as shared interests, audience demographics, and engagement metrics to help connect brands with creators aligning with their values and objectives.

Other Event Technology Solutions
Apple’s AirTag tracking devices now feature a new Share Item Location feature, which allows users to share real-time coordinates of lost or misplaced event items with third parties. This technology could be helpful for tracking exhibits, or critical event materials shipped across the country.
Encore has launched its Overtime Savings Program in the U.S., enhancing financial stability for its frontline employees. This program uses UKG’s payroll technology.
The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) has partnered with Snöball to launch a peer-to-peer marketing initiative at this year’s Expo! Expo! taking place December 16-19 in Los Angeles. Snöball’s platform allows event ambassadors to expand the event’s reach.
