Top Startup Funding Deals
The largest startup funding rounds in the U.S. for the week ending June 6 were dominated by hardware-intensive startups. Defense tech unicorn Anduril Industries and orbital spacecraft developer Impulse Space led the pack.

Anduril Industries: $2.5B defense tech Anduril Industries raised $2.5 billion in a Series G round led by Founders Fund. The funding more than doubled the company’s valuation to $30.5 billion post-money, according to chairman Trae Stephens.

Impulse Space: $300M spacetech Impulse Space, which develops orbital spacecraft that adjust satellite positions, secured $300 million in a Series C round led by Linse Capital. This brings their total funding to $525 million.

TAE Technologies: $150M fusion energy TAE Technologies, a developer of commercial fusion power, raised $150 million in new funding. Investors included Chevron, Google, and NEA, bringing total equity funding to $1.5 billion.

Fever: $100M events platform Fever, a platform for live experiences, announced over $100 million in new funding from L Catterton and Point72 Private Investments. The New York-based company helps users find and book local events.

Infleqtion: $100M quantum computing Infleqtion, a developer of atom-based quantum systems, raised $100 million in Series C funding. Backers included Glynn Capital Management and Morgan Stanley’s Counterpoint Global.

Spyglass Pharma: $75M ophthalmic therapies Spyglass Pharma raised $75 million in a Series D round led by Sands Capital. The Aliso Viejo-based company develops treatments for glaucoma and other chronic eye diseases.

Vivrelle: $62M fashion Vivrelle, a luxury fashion accessories subscription service, secured a $62 million Series C funding round backed by Protagonist.

Allay Therapeutics: $58M pain management Allay Therapeutics raised $57.5 million in a Series D financing round co-led by Lightstone Ventures and ClavystBio. The company develops medications for post-surgical pain management.

Antheia: $56M synthetic biology Antheia, which uses synthetic biology for sustainable medicine production, raised $56 million in a Series C led by EDBI and Global Health Investment Corp.

Pactum: $50M artificial intelligence Pactum, offering an AI-enabled procurement platform, raised $50 million in fresh funding. Total funding for the Mountain View-based company now stands at $105 million.
