Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., the primary manufacturer of Nvidia Corp.’s AI servers and Apple Inc.’s iPhones, has announced a significant increase in sales for the first two months of 2025, signaling robust demand within the burgeoning AI computing sector.
The company, also known as Foxconn, revealed a 25% surge in revenue, reaching NT$1.1 trillion ($33.5 billion) during January and February. This marks a substantial acceleration compared to the 11% growth observed in 2024. This strong performance strongly suggests the company is benefitting from increased demand in the AI server market.
Analysts are, on average, projecting an increase of 22% in revenue to NT$1.6 trillion for the first quarter.
