Intellabridge Technology Corporation Adjourns Annual General Meeting to May 12, 2025
Intellabridge Technology Corporation (CSE: KASH) (OTCQB: KASHF) (FSE: KASH) has announced that it is adjourning its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders, originally scheduled for April 11, 2025, to May 12, 2025. The meeting will be held at the same time and in the same virtual venue.
The decision to adjourn the meeting was made after the Company became aware that some shareholders had not received their physical proxy materials, despite being made available electronically on February 25, 2025, through SEDAR+ and the Company’s website. The Company had followed standard procedures and timelines for distributing the materials, but opted to adjourn the meeting to ensure all shareholders had sufficient time to receive, review, and respond to the proxy materials.
All proxies submitted for the original meeting date will remain valid for the adjourned AGM unless revoked or amended by the shareholder. The Company will reissue proxy materials by expedited courier to those shareholders who have not yet received them. Electronic copies of the materials remain accessible through SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca. Additionally, the Company will accept completed and signed proxy forms and voting instruction forms by email at legal@intellabridge.com.
