This was achieved through LIG Nex1’s acquisition of a 60% controlling stake in Ghost Robotics for $240 million USD, which values the company at $400 million USD.
This partnership marks a significant milestone for both companies, combining Ghost Robotics’ advanced robotics expertise with LIG Nex1’s defense technology and manufacturing capabilities. The acquisition is expected to accelerate Ghost Robotics’ growth and enable the scaling of its groundbreaking robotic solutions.
