The company aims to enhance the customer experience with its integrated insights and product discoveries. The platform, developed in collaboration with OpenAI and leveraging Lowe’s expertise, is available on desktop and mobile web platforms for MyLowe’s Rewards loyalty members and others visiting lowes.com/Mylow. ‘Mylow’ helps navigate common home improvement challenges. Customers can ask questions such as:

    • How do I measure a kitchen for new flooring?
    • What are the most popular paint colors?
    • How do I fix a leaky faucet?

“The development and introduction of Mylow exemplifies the tech-forward vision of the Lowe’s brand,” stated Lowe’s Senior Vice President of Technology, Chandhu Nair. “We’re doubling down with collaborators like OpenAI to solve customer problems and elevate the home improvement experience at Lowe’s.”

‘Mylow’ has the capability to connect project insights with product recommendations for easy purchase, and also lets customers refine their searches based on criteria like budget and location. Moreover, the platform offers “how-to” content.
