Microsoft Copilot Satisfaction High Among European Organizations, Report Finds
According to recent research from Fellowmind, European organizations are expressing high levels of satisfaction with Microsoft Copilot solutions. The report, titled “How AI is shaping European businesses,” highlights a positive reception to the AI-powered tools.
The survey revealed that over 80% of users would be dissatisfied if they lost access to Copilot tools, including Copilot for Security, Copilot Studio, and Copilot for Windows. This strong preference indicates the value these AI tools currently provide.
“AI is not a magic wand, but a powerful tool that, when used correctly, can optimize business processes today, and in the future, AI agents could take this even further by running some of these processes autonomously,” said Arvid Josefsson, AI expert at Fellowmind, commenting on the implications of the survey’s findings.
In addition to the high level of user satisfaction, the report found that 71% of European organizations are already utilizing AI tools. Furthermore, 61% of the organizations that aren’t currently using AI plan to invest in the technology within the next three years. This data points toward a continued increase in AI adoption across the region.
Currently, the most commonly used AI solutions in European workplaces include chatbots and virtual assistants, content generation tools, and business intelligence applications. The software and financial services sectors are leading the way in AI adoption.
