NexOptic Technology Corp. Provides Default Status Report on Annual Financial Statements
Vancouver, BC – NexOptic Technology Corp. (TSXV:NXO) has released its bi-weekly default status report as required under National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Orders (“NP 12-203”).
On May 1, 2025, the Company applied for a management cease trade order (“MCTO”) with the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”) as it was unable to file its audited financial statements, CEO and CFO certifications, and management discussion & analysis (“Annual Filings”) for the year ended December 31, 2024, by the April 30, 2025 deadline. The BCSC granted the MCTO on the same day.
The Company confirms that since the MCTO notice:
- There has been no material change to the information that hasn’t been disclosed.
- The Company has fulfilled its stated intentions regarding NP 12-203 guidelines.
- There have been no other specified defaults under NP 12-203.
- There’s no other undisclosed material information about the Company.
The MCTO requires the Annual Filings to be completed by June 30, 2025. NexOptic is working diligently with its auditors to meet this deadline and will issue a news release upon filing the Annual Filings.
