Nidec Advance Technology Corporation will present its latest products and technologies at the HKPCA Show 2024, an international trade show held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center from December 4th to December 6th, 2024.

HKPCA Show 2024 is a premier event in China’s printed circuit board (PCB) industry, bringing together over 600 companies from across mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and beyond. These companies will exhibit their products and advancements in over 3,500 booths.

For the burgeoning AI industry in China, Nidec Advance Technology will display cutting-edge optical and electric inspection technologies for high-end circuit boards. These boards are increasingly miniaturized and feature ever-more complex mounting processes. In addition, the company will demonstrate the SREC-M1, a newly developed electric inspection equipment designed specifically for Chinese domestic customers who use HDI boards. While originally intended for high-end boards, the SREC-M1 offers high speed, high performance, and cost-effectiveness for middle-class boards.

    Products on Exhibition

The company plans to showcase a range of products, including:

    • GATS/SREC series: Conduction/short-circuit inspection equipment for HDI/PCB boards
    • GATS78 series: Conduction/short-circuit inspection equipment for advanced packages
    • NSW series: High-precision optical wafer inspection equipment
    • RSH series: Optical 2D/3D inspection equipment for high-density boards
    • R-5940: A high-speed/high-precision inspection tester
    • R-700 series: A high-speed/high-precision multi-function tester
    • High-precision inspection jigs
    • NATS series: IGBT/SiC power module inspection equipment
    • TDAS series: An xEV motor test bench
    • E-Transport Simulator: An xEV modeling simulator

Nidec Advance Technology’s selection of related commodities reflects their technological focus on inspection equipment for high-end circuit boards. At the HKPCA Show 2024, the company plans to unveil revolutionary solutions, including those aimed at improving the energy efficiency of automotive motors to reduce overall electricity consumption and decrease the load on the global environment.
