Rayvision Technology, also known as Nanjing Ruixian Electronic Technology, is a Chinese company specializing in the development and production of OLED microdisplays. Founded in 2019, the company has rapidly established itself in the microdisplay market, primarily targeting the defense industry.
Rayvision currently operates an 8-inch OLED microdisplay fabrication facility in Guangxi, China. This facility, which commenced production in March 2024, represents a $41 million investment and has an annual production capacity of approximately 400,000 displays.
In addition to the Guangxi plant, Rayvision is undertaking a significant expansion with the construction of a 12-inch microdisplay fab in Changsha, Hunan Province. This new facility represents a substantial investment of $415 million, reflecting the company’s ambitious growth plans and commitment to meeting the increasing demand for OLED microdisplays.
