ReVusion is a case competition designed to simulate the process of reviving struggling corporations. Participants step into the shoes of business leaders, tasked with analyzing the challenges facing these businesses and crafting effective strategies for their recovery.
The competition unfolds in two key rounds:
Round 1: Online Quiz
This initial round, hosted on the Unstop platform, assesses participants’ grasp of core business principles. The quiz evaluates their strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, covering topics like finance, marketing, operations, and overall corporate strategy. Successful participants will advance to the subsequent round.
Round 2: On-Campus Challenge
Shortlisted participants will engage in a more immersive, on-campus experience. This round involves bidding, strategic planning exercises, and the final presentation of their proposed revival plans. Participants will analyze detailed business scenarios, make crucial financial and strategic decisions, and ultimately present their solutions to a panel of judges.
ReVusion strives to sharpen participants’ critical thinking, financial decision-making abilities, and practical problem-solving skills. The competition provides a realistic simulation of the complexities involved in bringing a business back from the brink of failure.
