Position Summary
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Sales Executive will support the growth and management of JET’s client base within the self-serve event market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and the events industry, with a strong ability to pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and promote the innovative self-serve event registration platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships within the self-serve event market, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads within the target market.
- Achieve individual sales targets through effective business development and account management.
- Manage the full sales cycle for smaller-scale self-serve opportunities.
- Support senior team members with larger client accounts.
- Conduct software demonstrations and assist with preparing proposals and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Interest in or experience with B2B sales, ideally within events, SaaS, or related technology sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of event technology is beneficial.
- Comfortable using CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce is a bonus.
