The SAP Business Suite Acceleration Program on Microsoft Cloud is designed to help organizations accelerate their digital transformation by integrating SAP solutions with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and Microsoft Teams.

Enhanced Reliability and AI Integration
For customers using RISE with SAP, the program offers improved reliability with SAP Cloud ERP Private on Microsoft Azure now guaranteeing an availability of 99.95 percent. The integration of artificial intelligence is also a key aspect, generating insights and supporting decision-making processes. Microsoft highlights AI’s role as a catalyst for process innovation, with Ralph Haupter, President Global SME & Channel, stating that AI agents within the program will enable companies to overhaul their processes radically.

The program has already been launched in the United States and will be rolled out in Europe, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand later this year.
