Security Operations Startup Kenzo Raises $4.5M to Expand AI-Powered Platform
Kenzo Security Inc., a cybersecurity startup founded in 2024, has secured $4.5 million in funding to expand its AI-powered security operations platform. The company was established by cybersecurity veterans Harish Singh and Partha Naidu, who recognized the need for a data-driven approach to security operations that goes beyond traditional alert triage.

Kenzo’s platform employs a network of domain-specific artificial intelligence agents trained to handle key functions within the security operations lifecycle. These agents work together autonomously on a data mesh, enabling fast and contextual analysis across an organization’s environment with minimal human input. The platform’s proprietary architecture allows for deep collaboration between AI agents, delivering more consistent and accurate outcomes.
The company’s approach aims to reduce risk by highlighting critical threats and allowing security teams to focus on high-impact tasks. AI handles investigations and decisions, eliminating alert fatigue and manual work. This enables security operations to scale without requiring additional personnel, maximizing impact while controlling costs.
“We’re building a true platform – not a chatbot – powered by specialized agents working together to investigate threats and prioritize response in real time,” explained Singh, Kenzo’s co-founder and CEO.
The seed round was led by The General Partnership and Michael Coates, former CISO of Mozilla and Twitter. “Kenzo is solving a real pain point with real technical depth,” said Dan Portillo, co-founder and managing partner at The General Partnership. “Their data-driven, multi-agent approach is what security teams need to reduce risk at scale.”
With this funding, Kenzo plans to grow its engineering and sales teams and further develop its platform’s capabilities. The company is poised to address the evolving needs of security operations in an AI-driven landscape.
