SoftwareOne Holding AG is broadening its reach with the expansion of its Digital Sales Hubs, designed to better serve small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). These new hubs, in partnership with Microsoft, will open locations in both Bogotá, Colombia, and São Paulo, Brazil, augmenting existing hubs in Nashville, US, and Barcelona, Spain.
These hubs aim to provide SMBs with easy access to Microsoft’s cutting-edge technology, coupled with expert support directly from SoftwareOne. This collaboration is designed to help SMBs enhance their efficiency, reinforce their security measures, and capitalize on AI-driven innovations. The initial offerings will center on the Microsoft technology stack, offering a complete suite of solutions in workplace productivity, infrastructure, and security.
In addition to improving the security protocols for SMBs, the SoftwareOne Digital Sales Hubs will provide access to SoftwareOne’s Managed Detection and Response Service, which is built on Microsoft Sentinel. This will provide additional protection through the company’s 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC), which actively monitors and protects both Azure and multi-cloud environments. This includes tracking global data vulnerabilities that can lead to cyber threats and employee errors. The result for SMBs will be proactive threat management and strengthened security, ensuring a highly resilient digital environment.
Beyond security enhancements, the hubs are designed to introduce AI-powered workplace automation using Microsoft 365 Copilot. They will act as innovation centers, guiding SMBs in modernizing their data infrastructure, creating AI applications with Microsoft Azure, and leveraging insights to optimize efficiency, automate processes, and improve customer experiences.
“Building on our long-standing partnership with Microsoft to launch these SoftwareOne Digital Sales Hubs is a natural step as we double down on our commitment to SMB clients,” said Raphael Erb, CEO of SoftwareOne. “SMBs face the same cost pressures, need to modernize their businesses with AI, and cyberthreats as large enterprises, but have often limited resources to address them effectively. We aim to level the playing field by providing the localized access, attention, and expertise that SMBs need to succeed.”
David Smith, Vice President, Worldwide Channel Sales at Microsoft, added, “SoftwareOne’s proven track record of delivering digital transformation to clients and deep expertise in Microsoft solutions aligns perfectly with our commitment to empowering small and medium businesses to accelerate their success, compete, and win. Through these new regional SoftwareOne Digital Sales Hubs, SMBs will be able to leverage the latest innovations in Microsoft technologies and comprehensive support, enabling them to thrive in today’s digital landscape. We are excited that SoftwareOne will provide SMBs with access to enterprise-grade cybersecurity, leveraging Microsoft’s end-to-end security portfolio.”
