Aicher currently serves as Executive Chairman of SemiconBio and is on the board of Genetic Signatures and Techcyte. Vince Cebula, an accomplished investor and advisor, brings deep financial acenumen and board leadership experience. He has held senior roles at Oaktree Capital Management, Jefferies Capital Partners, and Drexel Burnham Lambert, focusing on strategic growth and value creation. Cebula’s financial expertise will guide SOLVD Health’s expansion and long-term sustainability.
