Sports Tech Startup Machaxi Secures $1.5 Million Funding
Sports tech startup Machaxi, which leverages digital infrastructure to provide coaching services, has successfully raised $1.5 million in a funding round led by Zerodha’s investment arm Rainmatter. The investment round also saw participation from renowned badminton player Prakash Padukone and other investors.

Founded in 2022 by Pratish Raj, Ashish Anand, and Tushar Raj, Machaxi offers training facilities at its centers in Bengaluru. The startup complements its physical training with artificial intelligence (AI)-backed programs designed to help athletes improve their performance through attention to detail and other strategic techniques.
With this new influx of capital, Machaxi plans to scale its operations and expand its reach. The funding will enable the startup to further develop its digital infrastructure and enhance its AI-powered coaching programs.
