Sundae Bar is making significant progress in developing a marketplace platform for AI developers following its acquisition of Ora Technology earlier this year. The platform aims to enable developers to “market, manage and sell their agents,” according to the company. In a significant financial boost, Sundae Bar has successfully raised £2 million through a placing of 25,000,000 ordinary shares by Clear Capital Markets. This funding is subject to the company’s admission to AIM, a development that Sundae Bar CEO Jill Kenney described as “a pivotal moment.” Kenney further noted that the strong investor support validates the company’s strategic acquisition of Ora Technology and its vision to create a definitive marketplace for AI developers. This move positions Sundae Bar at the forefront of the AI development market, providing a crucial platform for developers to monetize and manage their AI agents.
