Geneva, Switzerland-based software technology company Temenos has signed a 23,200-square-foot office lease in the Fulcrum building located at 150 Orange Ave in downtown Orlando, Florida. This move adds Temenos to the growing list of tenants in the property, further establishing it as a hub for technology and business in the region.
