Canadian legal technology firm Clio has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Miami-based legaltech vLex in a cash and stock transaction valued at $1 billion.
Clio, a Vancouver-based legal tools platform, has raised $900 million in Series F funding, reaching a $3 billion valuation. This is the largest funding round ever for a Canadian startup.
