Tech Xperience 2025: A Celebration of Innovation at UNCW
On March 27, 2025, the Information Technology Services (ITS) department at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) hosted its second bi-annual Tech Xperience event. This year’s gathering was a resounding success, bringing together students, faculty, and staff from across the campus to explore the dynamic role of technology in their community.

“The Tech Xperience was a remarkable showcase of innovations and initiatives at UNCW,” said Dr. Sharyne Miller, Chief Information Officer. “The presentations from our staff and students were truly impactful, offering valuable insights into the transformative power of technology in various aspects of our lives. From exploring AI-generated images to understanding the intersection of technology and stalking, each session was thought-provoking and enlightening. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our presenters for their dedication and for sharing their expertise with our community.
