Telstra Health Expands Digital Health Ecosystem with New Partnerships
Telstra Health, Australia’s largest digital health technology company, has announced the expansion of its digital health ecosystem with two new partners: Salesforce and Snowflake. These new partnerships will strengthen Telstra Health’s clinical and digital health expertise, supporting the delivery of its modernisation programme to connect care through a trusted, unified platform.

The unified platform will be built on foundations of clinical excellence, scalability, security, and interoperability. Elizabeth Koff AM, Telstra Health Managing Director, stated that the expanded technology partnerships will deliver greater customer value by accelerating digital health innovation. ‘Healthcare delivery must traverse multiple care settings. Ensuring providers and recipients of care can access comprehensive and accurate records of care is a top priority,’ Ms Koff said.
The partnership with Salesforce combines Telstra Health’s deep clinical expertise with Salesforce’s global reach and digital health platform. Salesforce Health Cloud and MuleSoft will enable Telstra Health to deliver connected, intelligent, and sustainable solutions at a global scale. Farhoud Salimi, Telstra Health Chief Technology Officer, noted that the shared vision and patient-centric approach were critical factors in the decision-making process.
Snowflake will provide a common data and analytics layer, unifying disparate datasets into a single, cohesive environment. This will enable Telstra Health to provide actionable insights and advanced analytics for its customers. The existing partnership with Smile Digital Health exemplifies Telstra Health’s commitment to accelerating interoperability and secure information exchange across care teams.
Telstra Health aims to become a global digital health leader by 2030, leveraging partnerships to scale, build consistency, and deliver a trusted unified platform that drives data-powered, high-quality care.
