Innovation models that reflect the excellence and leadership of government operations will also be introduced. Furthermore, the FTA aims to meet customer expectations while boosting efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Improved real-time processing of tax transactions is also a key objective.
The workshop focused on how AI can improve communication between data systems within an innovation-driven environment and how it can improve operational processes to ensure the quality and efficiency of tax services. The workshop showcased the latest technologies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Generative AI applications and other tools that boost productivity and improve institutional performance were presented. During the session, demonstrations of cloud solutions for modern services and technical capabilities were given, all of which contribute to strengthening existing systems and offering a more resilient infrastructure.
These advancements will enable the FTA to adapt to evolving industry demands and maintain its services with optimal efficiency.
